1987 till 1999 I held the position of Comptroller for
residential builders / developers. In addition to supervisory
responsibilities for accounting, I performed project management,
sales and pre & post settlement work.
From 1999 till 2002 I held the position
of Chief Financial Officer for a commercial development firm. In
this role I prepared financial analysis for acquisition and
disposition of properties, asset management and became a liaison
between property management, leasing staff, investment partners
and owners
I completed all the courses for the
CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, which
I will receive in November 2003
For the past year I have thoroughly
delighted in developing my own business as a Professional
Realtor. My goal is to distinguish myself from others in my
